All orders are processed internally within 7 business days to process from the time you place your order. The order is then shipped out within approx 4-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Capezio is pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all online orders over $198 within Canada. For orders under $198, Capezio offers a $18+ tax STANDARD SHIPPING. Please note that all shipments will require a signature on delivery within Canada.

Capezio offers two shipping options to the USA. All standard international orders will be shipped with STANDARD DELIVERY which will take up to 4-5 business days from the shipment date. PRIORITY DELIVERY is also available for orders within USA with an expected 2-3 business days for delivery time. The shipping fee is calculated based on location at time of checkout with the input address.

All shipping fees do not include taxes or duties. Unfortunately, we're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes.

We will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, however capezioshoes.ca cannot be held responsible for unforeseen conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, service interruptions, custom delays, and so on.

 Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays.

 

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy from shipped date to enable you to return regular priced merchandise bought online in an easy and painless manner.

Return via mail/courier

A Return Authorization number must be requested by email at customerservice@markio.ca prior to returning. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. All footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition. Returns must be placed in a shipment bag — labels added and damages to the shoebox will not be accepted leading to a declined return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The product purchase balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5-7 business days upon receiving of the item at Head Office. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any return received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above instructions may be denied at the discretion of Capezio Shoes. 

We suggest that you package your return shipment protectively and send by registered mail (ie. Canada Post) or courier as product(s) remains your responsibility until processed by Capezio Shoes.

The following are to be indicated:

• The package is clearly marked as "RETURN"
• The provided RA number: "RETURN AUTHORIZATION #:_____" 
• The original order number, value of the item, and description of your order 
• The original tracking number of the item with the courier provider

Failure to include all of the above, could lead to a decline of return and refund. Please note that duties, taxes, and additional fees sending back to us is to be paid by the customer.

Return in store

Regular Priced purchases bought online may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from shipped date to any Capezio Shoes store with the original receipt and shipping notice.

 

Exchange

In the case of online exchanges, please notify Capezio Shoes via e-mail to ensure we have the correct size before sending back the unworn product with a copy of the receipt. The word “EXCHANGE” should be clearly written on the outside of the package and on the receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for covering shipping for your exchanges. A rate of $18 + tax will be charged on your credit card.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a)           We will not refund or exchange the product;

(b)           We may retain the returned product until any outstanding additional charges are paid as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.

** The original receipt must be provided in the box with the returned merchandise.

** Please note that our web items consist of stock from both our warehouse and in-store, therefore they may have been previously tried on, but not worn.
