Please read these rules before entering the contest. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Eligibility.
This contest is open to legal residents of the province of ONTARIO only who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. The contest is not open to (a) employees of Capezio shoes, DAVIDS footwear, (b) any organizations directly involved with this contest and (c) to immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and persons living in the same household as the persons identified in (a) or (b) above.
How to enter.
Beginning at 6:00:01 a.m. (EST) on Monday March 15, 2010 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on Thursday April 15, 2010, visit http://www.capezioshoes.ca and complete the online entry form. Capezio shoes will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries due to any reason. Entries submitted using any kind of bot or automated technology will be deleted. You must provide a complete and valid first name, last name and email address to qualify for entry. Limit is one entry per person, per IP and per email address.
Random Drawing
One (1) winner will win the prize. The contest winner will be determined in a random drawing from all entries received between Monday March 15, 2010 and Thursday April 15, 2010. The first name drawn will win the prize. Winning entrant will be notified by email. The winner's name will be announced on Monday, April 19, 2010 at 3 p.m. (EST), at the Capezio head office, located at 1200 Bay Street, suite 600, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5R 2A5. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first be confirmed as to eligibility and then correctly answer, a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question, unaided by another person to be conducted during a prearranged telephone call at a prearranged time. Any false declaration on the part of a contest entrant will result in an automatic disqualification. If the winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of the announcement, or if the winner does not comply with the contest rules, the prize will not be awarded and another drawing will be held.
Prize and odds of winning
Prize is a $CAN 300.00 Gift Certificate Capezio Shoes. Capezio Shoes is to issue a $300 Gift Certificate to the winner and then sent to the winner by mail. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Delivery of the prize will be agreed between the parties during their telephone conversation. A valid photographic identity card must be presented when claiming the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of its name, photograph, address and/or statement made by or attributed to them in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for all business purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received.
Privacy
By entering this contest, all entrants consent and agree to receive information by email from the contest sponsor.

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extend permitted by law.
